Elham is a valued team member at ISG in the Middle East. She manages a critical aspect of projects’ handover, interfacing with multiple local authorities to obtain government clearance for projects to open to the public, or for clients to move to new offices.
Beginning her growing career with ISG six years ago, she has impressed colleagues and clients alike with her leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and her consistent success in closing jobs professionally. Elham plays a key role securing government permits, from the first submission, with zero rejection record, which has increased trust between ISG and government authorities.
Elham’s role is particularly challenging in an emerging market, but she shows great strength as a team player with her ability to deal with frequent changes, across different regions and at a federal level. During her time at ISG, she has achieved a 100% success record over almost five years.
She invests a significant amount of time in sharing expertise, mitigating risks from the onset of the project and aligning the entire team around delivering the best outcome for clients.
Across ISG’s corporate fit out projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Elham has secured authority approvals for all of them, along with other projects in the healthcare, leisure and hospitality sectors – including Zayed National Stadium, Aji restaurant as well as the award-winning dining and entertainment destinations at W Hotel – The Palm, Akira Back restaurant and SoBe lounge.
She is an Egyptian national, with a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Zagazig University.
“With every project I undertake, I spend a significant amount of time identifying potential risks from the get-go, so that the project teams understand the challenges they will be facing. In addition, it also provides us sufficient time to provide alternative solutions almost immediately, ensuring a smoother and successful out come of the project.”
