- Responsible for delivery of a project or projects within the contractually executed parameters
- Working within and in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Providing tailor-made services to assist client in developing and managing their projects
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma or above in a Construction related discipline or other similar qualifications;
- At least 7years’ relevant experience in fitting out / decoration project design and site management with multinational corporate exposure an advantage and 5 years experience in managerial role;
- 3 years or above of relevant experience in interior fit-out and A&A works with consultant, contractor and vendor is preferable;
- Able to work independent with passion and lead a small team;
- Good handling of the Health & Safety regulations;
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese;
- Computer Literacy is essential
