- Lead project team to execute day-to-day operations
- Coordinate all project works within the parameters of the Quality Management System
- Responsible for delivery of a project or projects within the contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management system
- Provide tailor-made services to assist clients in developing and managing their projects
- Accountable for project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and control whilst providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality
- Oversee construction works from start to finish
- Create teams and develop the objectives/goals for each as well as assign individual responsibilities
- Develop the Construction Program with the project manager and
- technical planning manager for a project
- Frequent inspection of construction sites
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Construction related discipline or other relate qualifications
- Over 10 year’s relevant working experience with knowledge of
- statutory regulation and code of practice as well as over 5 years’ experience in managing a team in a related field
- Solid experience in managing trade contractors and vendors
- Well organized and excellent time management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
