- Maintain document control system and implement appropriate controlprocedures
- Receive and log drawings and documents
- Have drawings and documents reproduced and distribute such copies
- Maintain good order of filing
- Assist Project Manager(s) with office administration duties in relation to construction projects
- Handle all clerical, documentation and typing of documents as required
- Handle incoming calls and take messages
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality and Operations Manual
- Carry out other duties as directed by the Project Management Team
